The applications are available to purchase with different selections and at several stages of the application process from 'Enquiry' through to  'Deal Closing' stage.

Every lead is sold on a totally exclusive basis.

All applications will be supplied either by Email or Hotkey Transfer. If you choose Hotkey Transfers the application will be emailed to you at the time of transfer so that you have all the applicants details to hand.

Once the operator has taken all the necessary information from the applicant the experienced team will contact a local estate agent, visit www.zoopla.com and www.rightmove.com, then make contact with the applicant within 20 minutes. Once the applicant has been informed of the results and an offer made and accepted verbally, your company will be introduced and the applicant transferred to your operator.

There are on average 450 applications available per month.

The information appended with each application is as follows:-

• Forename
• Surname
• Contact Telephone Numbers
• Email Address
• Full Postal Address

Repossession File

These individuals need financial assistance as they are facing an impending repossession.

Most of the people within the database are at fault with a Second Charge financial arrangement, ie they have not paid a personal loan secured on their property after the mortgage or for non payment of a mortgage.

This repossession data contains couples that have had a 'life changing event'. This can be divorce, redundancy, rising interest rates or some other misfortune.

With this data you will receive the IHD (initial hearing date). The data can be supplied so you get up to a month before the homeowners day in the dock. After that date - even if they don't bother to turn up or are unsuccessful in their bid, there is the gap of at least one month. This is a breathing space. Then an eviction notice is applied for. Therefore you get an exclusive 8-9 weeks clear run on each lead before the crunch - giving your client the optimum length of time to get their message across, explain themselves, gain interest and trust - and complete the financial deal.

These records will be supplied exclusively to you.

The following information will be appended to each record:-

1) The place they are going to go to hear that their house is to be taken away from them.

2) The date when they are required to attend.

3) The address of the property in question.

4) The name and address of the lender that has not been paid.

5) The name and address of the person(s) who is/are going to lose that property. (Normally based at the same address, but not always. They may be absentee landlords gone pop, or an ex-couple going through an incredibly messy divorce, and therefore have moved on - but maybe have not been able to sell that house in time before their cash has run out.)

There is a minimum order requirement of 50 records.
