The operators will introduce your company to the applicant and transfer the call to your advisors immediately with a conference call facility. Upon transfer they will provide your advisors with the applicants name, postcode, type of insurance policy and telephone number whilst the applicant listens in to provide you with another stage of qualification.

Each project is tailored to meet your specific requirements. For example, the leads are usually qualified to have a certain current premium and to have a renewal date within a certain period. These and other quote factors can be specified.

Quote requests are taken between 9am and 6pm daily. Your project can be scheduled to suit the hours of your advisors.

Ongoing commitment or volume orders can benefit from volume discounts.

BMS covers each of the leads with a replacement policy. Calls may be recorded to ensure excellent quality.
