Upon agreement that you wish to purchase the property and the receipt of your payment you will be sent the full pack via recorded delivery which includes the following:-
- Fully completed qualified application form
- Full HomeTrack Report
- Verified Information Write Up from Rightmove, Primelocation, Zoople or a local Estate Agent
- Site Visit Report & Photographs
- Signed Acceptance Letter from Vendor
- Solicitors Details
Every lead is sold on a totally exclusive basis.
If it is found that any lead has charges on the property that were not highlighted before purchase and if the seller changes their mind the lead will be replaced free of charge.
Our refund policy is based on the valuation – If the property is valued less than what we estimated we will replace the done deal along with valuation fees upto £500.00.

These individuals need financial assistance as they are facing an impending repossession.
Most of the people within the database are at fault with a Second Charge financial arrangement, ie they have not paid a personal loan secured on their property after the mortgage or for non payment of a mortgage.
This repossession data contains couples that have had a 'life changing event'. This can be divorce, redundancy, rising interest rates or some other misfortune.
With this data you will receive the IHD (initial hearing date). The data can be supplied so you get up to a month before the homeowners day in the dock. After that date - even if they don't bother to turn up or are unsuccessful in their bid, there is the gap of at least one month. This is a breathing space. Then an eviction notice is applied for. Therefore you get an exclusive 8-9 weeks clear run on each lead before the crunch - giving your client the optimum length of time to get their message across, explain themselves, gain interest and trust - and complete the financial deal.
These records will be supplied exclusively to you.
The following information will be appended to each record:-
- The place they are going to go to hear that their house is to be taken away from them.
- The date when they are required to attend.
- The address of the property in question.
- The name and address of the lender that has not been paid.
- The name and address of the person(s) who is/are going to lose that property. (Normally based at the same address, but not always. They may be absentee landlords gone pop, or an ex-couple going through an incredibly messy divorce, and therefore have moved on - but maybe have not been able to sell that house in time before their cash has run out.)
There is a minimum order requirement of 50 records.
